text doesn't fit in pop-up

Hi, usually I have set a minimum font-size of 14 for text on web pages. Now the problem is, that also the text used on the pop-up is larger, and the content is not readable anymore.

A good solution might be: not to apply a min font-size to the pop-up, or: make the pop-up larger.

No popup on mouseover

Hi,
Please add an option to NOT bring up the popup on mouseover. Very often, in a small window, when I'm trying to print it, the popup actually blocks a substantial portion of the window's content.
I would prefer to have to click in the bar to bring up the popup and double click to get to the cities window.
Thank you.

Please allow the character "+" in subscriber e-mail addresses.

G-mail (where mine is) allows "+" in incoming e-mail addresses but strips them off on receipt.

Why bother? - Because a user (like me) can supply an address like "me+aniweather@gmail.com" to you as my address, and when you send me mail it still goes in my Gmail InBox. If I later find I'm getting ...
